GameArtisans.org Main Challenge #6 ¨C The Comicon Challenge - Begins!

- Art by Edwin David -
We here at Game Artisans are no strangers to war. We have been fighting for
as long as we can remember. There has been wars with other art forums of
dominance and unearthly
creations but this war, this challenge does not involve outsiders. It is a
Civil War. A war brought on amongst ourselves and so it is with great
pleasure that we bring to you,
the citizens of Game Artisans, our second annual Comic-con Challenge. This
is our challenge, our event, our baby. Whether you choose to save the
citizens of the world as a
hero or enslave humanity and rule as a villian, the choice is yours.
This year Game Artisans is mixing things up. This year we would like to toss
in something different, add some variety to the spirit of The Comic-Con
Challenge. This year along
with your recreations of your favorite "action-based" comic book heroes or
villians as we know them today we are opening it up so you may re-create
this character as if they
were in a different time-period. What would Captain America look like in the
Revolutionary War? The Incredible Hulk in the year 3022? The Punisher in
1935?
The choice is
yours....
So fire up your sculpting apps, pull out your trusty wacom pens, blow the
dust off that mouse and show the world just how amazing we can be.
You now have five weeks to bring your favorite character to life in 3D, or into a Concept Art image. May the best Hero or Villain Win!
Good Luck!
