Community awards are given to two individuals (1 per category) who take time out of their busy schedules to help artists in need. Serious critiques, friendly advice, image samples etc are all ways in which one can help another. Gameartisans’ staff reserves the right to choose these two individuals.

Conditions for Prizes |
 All Cash prizes are listed in USD. Any transfer fees must be paid by the prize winner.
Prizes cannot be divided into multiple shipping addresses or bank accounts.
Only United States and Canadian residents are elligable for hardware prizes. Winners in other countries receive pure cash.
To be eligible for prizes, winning entrants must cooperate in making an interview about themselves.
Any import taxes or duties on prizes must be paid by the prize winner.
All art, sketches, and photographs submitted remains yours to do with as you wish.
All artwork created for this competition must be original and specificially created for this event. Cheaters will be eaten.
GameArtisans reserves the right to cancel or extend the contest at any time for whatever reason, without further notice or advance warning.
In one or in both 3d and concept art categories, if the number of final entries are below 20, prizes will be reduced by one step. 2nd place prizes will go to winners and 3rd place prizes will go to 2nd place winners. In this light, 3rd place winners will not be awarded any prizes.
Our sponsors are responsible for sending the prizes to the winners. GameArtisans cannot be held responsible, nor can we provide a substitute in case prizes are no longer available or if the sponsors have retracted their sponsorship at any time during the contest.
